Vidya Arogyam membership fees are collected for access to membership benefits, digital platform services, and associated member facilities. A member may request cancellation of membership in accordance with the terms and process prescribed by Vidya Arogyam from time to time.
Refund of membership fees, whether full, partial, or nil, shall depend on the stage of benefit utilization, service activation, administrative processing, partner platform access, health check-up usage, and any other member benefits already availed or made available. Where any membership benefit has been activated, consumed, booked, reserved, or provided, Vidya Arogyam may deduct the applicable administrative charges, partner charges, benefit utilization charges, and any non-recoverable costs before determining refund eligibility.
If the member has already obtained access to the MOBILEPE E-COMMERCE PRIVATE LIMITED platform, scheduled or availed the annual health check-up, initiated insurance-plan viewing through verified membership, or used any linked member service, the membership fee may become wholly or partly non-refundable, subject to the applicable membership terms.
Any insurance premium paid for an insurance product is not part of the membership fee and shall be governed separately by the cancellation, free-look, refund, underwriting, and policy servicing terms of the relevant insurer and applicable regulations. Vidya Arogyam’s membership cancellation does not automatically cancel any insurance policy already issued or any proposal already submitted to the insurer.
All cancellation and refund requests should be submitted through the prescribed customer support or digital process along with the registered membership details and supporting information required for verification. Refunds, where approved, shall be processed through the original payment mode, designated wallet, bank channel, or any other permitted method, within the timelines specified in the applicable membership terms and operational procedures.
Vidya Arogyam reserves the right to reject, withhold, or adjust any refund request in cases involving suspected fraud, misrepresentation, breach of membership terms, regulatory restrictions, chargeback disputes, duplicate claims, or misuse of member benefits. Final decisions shall remain subject to verification of records, platform activity, partner confirmations, and applicable law.
